This track was the first track recorded for the EP. The album was recorded in an attic within the period of about a month - one recording day a week on Sundays (even before all the glitz and the glamour it was hard to get the Fam together in one place at one time).

A music video was filmed for this track a year later in the heart of Chinatown (in and around Jack Chow Insurance, who also issued a home-made ticket to Phat Dawg on the day for parking in the company's parking lot; this despite the fact that it was a Sunday and the store was closed).

The music video features cameos by Family Friends Little T, Dangerous, and Tre of Threat House Records. (D. Clarke was out in the prairies doing cowboy shit - who knows, so the producer of the beat was not able to cameo, unfortunately).
